02Booking & capture
They book via the calendar. The form asks for referral code (if any), mobile number, the consent line and the marketing opt-in.

Referral email lands: preview attached, their unique code, and a share link that carries it for them.

The friend opens the link, sees "Invited by a friend", books with the code. Two weeks out, the chaser goes to everyone.

04Entries & the draw
A friend's attended visit is a qualified attendance: two entries, one each for referrer and friend. No-show, no entry. Register frozen 23:59, Tue 15 Sept.
